Coming June 20, 2009

An annual music festival developed by partnering non-profit New London Music Festival, Traditions is an exciting celebration of folk, americana and sea music hosted each June in the Art Park. Each year offers a new exciting line-up. Past performers include Cordelia's Dad, Robbie O'Connell, Serre l'Ecoute, Singing Conquerors, Martin Grosswendt, Lake Street Dive, Ida Red, Geoff Kauffman, Roberts & Barrand, Jeff Warner, and Craig Edwards.

Hygienic Outdoor Art Bizarre/Bazaar
Coming July 10-12, 2009
Created in 2004, the Hygienic Outdoor Art Bizarre/Bazaar works in conjunction with New London's SailFest to provide a venue for artists and crafters to display and sell their works. We are in our fourth year and going strong!

In the Pink
A celebration of Women's Strength, Beauty, and Healing
Presented by Hygienic Art and The Breast Health Task Force of Southeastern Connecticut
Artists may submit one piece. All media welcome. All works must be suitably framed with wires and ready for hanging. No clips or saw tooth hangers. All metal frames must have hangers and wire. Work submitted must not exceed 72" in either direction. Sculpture must be easily transportable on stairwell and no more than 50 pounds. All work must remain for the duration of the show. Hygienic assumes no liability for damage, loss or theft of submitted work. All artists are responsible for insuring their own work. Hygienic will retain 30% of sales and collect 6% CT state sales tax. Hygienic will not be responsible for unclaimed work.
