The Hygienic Art Park Project evolved from its conception as a public arts garden and source of beautification of its surrounding building lots, to the construction of the sculpture garden and outdoor theater. The implications of this "work in progress" are enormous for the advancement of art and economic development in downtown New London. Culture, art, community and prosperity all become reality as a result of this initiative.

   100 seat outdoor theater and multifunctional stage house designed by Duncan Milne.

   The main plaza gathering area surrounded by gardens with seating walls and embedded

6. The Linden Bosque(18)   $ 2,000 per tree
